Gibbs Guides treats customer privacy very seriously. It is our policy that customer details remain within Gibbs Guides, and will never ever be passed to any other person or organisation. To be as clear as possible - under no circumstances will your details ever be shared.We hate spam as much as you do! We promise that your details will never, ever be passed on.

In the unlikely event that you experience any kind of problem with our products or service, please let us know straight away so we can find a solution promptly. Your issue will be responded to as soon as possible - if there is a delay in replying to you, it means only that we are out of the office. Your query will be responded to at the first opportunity.

 

Office closure

Office closure - The Gibbs Guides office will be closed Thu 24 Apr - Fri 09 May inclusive. Your query will be dealt with as soon as possible once the office is open again.

 

E-book delivery

Your e-book will be delivered automatically as soon as your order is received. In the unlikely event that you experience any kind of problem with delivery, please let us know straight away so we can put the matter right.

 

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Guides are already very reasonably priced, however the weak UK pound makes Gibbs Guides exceptionally good value for money for overseas customers.

 

Shipping/Delivery

There are no shipping charges on e-books. You should receive a link to be able to download your e-book within a few minutes of placing your order. Occasionally a customer's email filter can block this automated response. In the unlikely event that this happens, just let us know and we'll send the link you need manually.
