This all sounds okay, but what happens if I meet some kind of difficulty?
It's very unlikely you'll experience any difficulty with your ebook. But if you do, just call or email Gibbs Guides and we'll help you through any problems. It's important to us that you become a satisfied customer.

When I order, the shopping cart asks for my address. Why do you collect this information for an electronic product?
There's nothing sinister about this; it's just the way the shopping cart is supplied. It was set up for paper based products, which need posting. These are presently not available, although that could change. In any case, there's no need to worry - Gibbs Guides never has and never will share your details with anyone else.

I have a computer and I'd like to buy a guide, but I am not at all confident about using my computer to make an order. Can you help?

I'd like to order, but I don't use a credit card to buy things online. What can I do?
No problem - if you are in the UK, simply post a cheque for your e-book guides (made out to A Gibbs) along with your email address, and links to your new guides will be emailed as soon as your payment arrives.

I want to keep receiving Successful Electrics magazine, but I've changed my email address. How do I change my free subscription to my new address?
Simply unsubscribe your old address, and add your new address by subscribing again.

I can get my new guide displayed on my screen, but how do I save a copy to my computer?
With your guide displayed on your screen, hover your mouse over the bottom inch of the screen. This should bring up an oval, grey colored menu. Within this menu you will see a number of symbols. Hover the mouse pointer over each symbols to see what it does. When you've found the 'save' icon, click on it, and this will allow you to save the file to your computer. You may wish to create a new folder for your Gibbs Guides e-books so you can easily find them later.
